Parenting is full of ups and downs, and I often remind parents that there is no perfect manual for raising the unique children we have or navigating the situations life presents. Every family is different, and parenting can feel both incredibly rewarding and, at times, overwhelming.
At Open Door Psychology, I work with parents and caregivers to sort through some of the challenges that can arise in parenting. These sessions provide a supportive space to reflect, gain perspective, and develop strategies that align with your family’s values and your child’s individual needs.

During this time, parents are often navigating their own transitions while also trying to support their children through change. Co-parenting support sessions provide a space to focus on strategies that help reduce conflict, strengthen communication, and keep children’s well-being at the centre.

Please note that while I provide parenting and co-parenting support, I do not offer reunification therapy or court-ordered reunification services.
